We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in a new role as our part time Bookkeeper. The right candidate brings experience to our team in the area of bookkeeping, payroll, A/R & A/P. This role will be working from home and must be able to manage their own time and meet the growing needs of the team and company. We are experiencing massive growth and are excited to welcome an organized, diligent and tenacious number-focused team member to the company who will help us save money, meet our obligations and find new opportunities. This role will likely grow to become a full time position in time and ideally the right candidate will be able to grow with us.

Job Duties:

Full Cycle Bookkeeping
Management of Moduurn’s payroll, payables, receivables, expense and tax remittances
Manage vendor relations
Find ways to be more efficient, save money, identify opportunities and manage risk on the financial side of our business.
Assisting Moddurn with improving and evolving our the record keeping and admin systems
All other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

2 or more years of full cycle bookkeeping experience.
1 or more years of A/R and A/P experience.
1 or more years of payroll experience and familiarity with the Employment Standards Act of BC as relates to payroll.
Enthusiastic about technology! We are a tech company first and foremost.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with Adobe Suite, Google Suite and other standard office programs.
A fast learner of new technology tools.
